Staff members have access to scheduling, client management, and basic documentation features. This manual covers all modules available to staff.

Getting Started

Login

  1. Navigate to the login page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click "Login"

After successful login, you'll be redirected to the Dashboard.

The dashboard provides an overview of the practice schedule.

Client Management

Staff can view and manage client information.

Viewing Clients

Navigate to Clients from the main menu.

Creating Clients

Staff can create new client records when scheduling appointments.

Creating Appointments

  1. Navigate to Appointments
  2. Click "Schedule Appointment"
  3. Select client, practitioner, service, and time
  4. Click "Schedule Appointment"

Viewing Appointments

View all appointments and filter by date.

Contact Notes

Staff can add general contact notes for client interactions.

Adding Contact Notes

  1. Navigate to a client's details
  2. Click "View Contact Notes"
  3. Click "Add Note"
  4. Fill in the note information
  5. Click "Create Note"

Client Forms

Client details include any submitted client forms linked to appointments.
